Union College Honors Hockey Scholars
Three members of the Union College women's hockey team have been recognized as Krampade All-American Scholars by the American Hockey Coaches Association, a distinction that highlights both athletic participation and academic performance.
To earn the honor, each student-athlete had to maintain a 3.75 grade point average across all three trimesters of the 2025-26 academic year while competing in at least 40 percent of their team's games.

Senior forward Amanda Quan, an Economics major with a Political Science minor, not only earned the Krampade distinction but also captured Union's Women's Hockey Student-Athlete Achievement Award. She is a member of the Women in Economics Club and belongs to the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Economics Honor Society.
Freshman goaltender Emma Rhéaume, a Biology major, posted a .913 save percentage and recorded two shutouts, earning Rookie of the Week twice and Goalkeeper of the Week once throughout the season.
Sophomore defenseman Kaitlyn Toner, also an Economics major, appeared in 35 games and registered 35 blocked shots, reflecting her consistent defensive contributions.
