California Women’s Soccer Announces 2026 Fall Schedule

18‑game slate features home matches at Edwards Stadium and road tests against top ACC rivals

The University of California women's soccer program has released its 2026 fall schedule, a 18‑match slate that features ten contests at the historic Edwards Stadium.

The Bears open the season at home against Cal Baptist on August 12, before hitting the road for their first ACC test at North Carolina on September 10.

A Competitive Road Ahead

This year marks the team's third season competing in the Atlantic Coast Conference, a league that continues to be recognized as the premier stage for women's soccer in the nation.

The schedule pits California against five programs that finished in the United Soccer Coaches top 25 last year, including a showdown with the national champion Florida State and a clash with runner‑up Stanford on October 16.

In addition, the Bears will host Notre Dame on October 29, adding another marquee opponent to a lineup that also includes matches against Virginia, Florida State, and other traditional powerhouses.

Looking Forward

With a blend of seasoned starters and fresh talent, the Bears hope to build on last year's resilience and push for a higher finish in the ACC standings.
