The 2026 Senior Nexus Championship, presented by Osaka Hockey, will unfold at the Virginia Beach Regional Training Center from July 17 through 19, drawing the nation’s most promising women’s field hockey talent.
Competing athletes are drawn from the seven Senior Nexus Training Sites, where they have honed their skills under elite coaching, and the field includes both collegiate standouts and post‑collegiate veterans.
Olympic Development Pathway
Beyond the on‑court action, the tournament serves as a pivotal evaluation point for the 2026‑27 U.S. U‑21 Women’s National Team selection camps, as well as Junior USWNT and senior national team prospects, offering a direct line to the Olympic Development Pathway.
USA Field Hockey, the sport’s national governing body, will leverage the event to scout emerging talent and reinforce its developmental pipeline, underscoring the championship’s role in shaping the future of American hockey.
