Neave Rewa of Saugatuck earned the top honor after a season in which she netted 25 goals and added 11 assists, establishing herself as the program’s all-time single-season scoring leader and guiding the team to its first-ever regional final appearance. Her name now sits atop the school’s career scoring list, a testament to consistency and clutch performance.
Defensive Mastery and Goalkeeping
Madison Bailey of Zeeland East was lauded as the area’s best defender, while Yamilette Colin‑Luna of Black River posted eight shutouts, earning second‑team all‑state honors and drawing praise for her composure under pressure. Cora Rigterink from Holland Christian also posted eight shutouts and collected all‑conference and all‑district accolades, underscoring the depth of talent between the posts.
