The suspect, later identified as 29‑year‑old Justus Peltier, approached the players and issued explicit threats to kill them, claiming he would retrieve a weapon from his bag.
Evidence Collected
Responding officers discovered a serrated folding knife with a four‑inch blade lying near Peltier’s bicycle. Investigators noted that the suspect appeared to be under the influence of controlled substances at the time of the encounter.
