A Legacy of Durability
Wendell “WoWo” Moe, Jr., a redshirt senior on the Tennessee Volunteers offensive line, has been selected to the Walter Camp Preseason All‑American team, a distinction that places him among the nation’s top ten offensive linemen as the 2025 college football season approaches.
The honor reflects not only his individual talent but also his durability and consistency; Moe has appeared in 40 collegiate games with 38 starts, surrendering only two sacks over 2,464 offensive snaps, a testament to his protection of the pocket.
Originally a standout guard at Long Beach Polytechnic High School in California, where he helped the team capture a CIF‑Southern Section title, Moe began his college career at Arizona before transferring to the University of Tennessee, where he quickly became a mainstay in the Volunteers’ line.
During the previous season, he earned First Team All‑SEC honors from the Associated Press and contributed to a Volunteers offense that has been praised for its balance and resilience, underscoring his impact beyond raw statistics.
The Walter Camp All‑America tradition, now in its 137th edition, remains the oldest such recognition in college football, and inclusion on its preseason list signals that Moe is a leading candidate for major awards and professional prospects as the season unfolds.
