A season marred by injury
In 2025 Oke appeared in just three games, recording four tackles and one tackle for loss. The limited production was a direct result of nagging knee issues that kept him sidelined for much of the schedule, leaving the Razorbacks without a key interior presence.
During his junior year at Abilene Christian he logged 63 tackles, 9.5 for loss, and demonstrated the lateral quickness and play‑making ability that attracted interest from programs such as Virginia, BYU, and Michigan State. Ultimately, he chose the FCS route over offers from FBS members like Arkansas State and Houston, a decision that set the stage for his return to a Power Five environment.
Coaching confidence
Coach Ryan Silverfield highlighted Oke’s potential to strengthen the defensive line, emphasizing his ability to create negative plays and contribute to the team’s overall success.
