Cuervo Tequila to Sponsor NASCAR’s Fourth of July Cup Series Event at Chicagoland Speedway
NASCAR has named Cuervo® Tequila as the entitlement partner for the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Chicagoland Speedway, scheduled for July 4, 2026. The event, called the Cuervo 300, will headline a three‑day Independence Day racing festival that also includes the ARCA Menards Series Ashley Furniture 150 on Friday and the NASCAR Cup Series eero 400 on Sunday.
The partnership brings a festive twist to the holiday weekend, with Cuervo Tequila planning a fan zone that will serve margaritas and ready‑to‑drink cocktails. The activation aims to blend the brand’s celebration of Mexican heritage with the United States’ historic Fourth of July traditions.
Jacqueline Herrera, General Manager of Chicagoland Speedway, said the collaboration marks a significant moment for the venue, highlighting the synergy between motorsport and national celebration. Lander Otegui, EVP of Marketing and Innovation at Proximo Spirits, added that the Cuervo 300 aligns perfectly with the brand’s heritage and the spirit of the holiday.
Fans can purchase tickets for all events through the speedway’s website, and the race will feature a lineup of NASCAR’s rising stars, promising competitive racing as part of the America250 anniversary celebrations.
A Holiday Celebration on the Track
The July 4 weekend will see Chicagoland Speedway transform into a patriotic playground, with the Cuervo 300 serving as the centerpiece of the festivities. The event is positioned as a key highlight of the America250 commemoration, underscoring the role of sports in national milestones.
In addition to the on‑track action, the fan zone will offer interactive experiences, including tequila tasting stations and live music, designed to create a memorable experience for attendees of all ages.
