The Louisville Leopards are preparing for the start of their 2026 season, with the first kickoff scheduled for August 21.
Season Opener and Early Schedule
The opening match will be followed by a home game on August 28, then road contests on September 4 and 11, before the team returns to its home field on September 18 and 25. Additional fixtures are set for October 2, 9, 16 and 23, giving the squad a packed slate as they aim to improve on their 6‑5 record from a year ago.
Postseason Path
Having finished the 2025 season with a 6‑5 overall record, the Leopards earned a spot in Division II, Region 7 of the Ohio High School Athletic Association playoffs. The state tournament kicks off on October 30, 2026, and the championship games are scheduled for December 3‑5 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton.
During the previous season the team recorded victories over New Philadelphia, Alliance, Northwest, Marlington, Central Catholic and Wooster, while falling to Hoover, Canfield, Green, Cincinnati La Salle and Westerville South.
