The Pennsylvania State Baseball Coaches Association has announced its all‑state teams, and this year seven athletes from the Beaver Valley region earned spots on the prestigious lists, representing a blend of pitching excellence and offensive firepower.

Kingston Krotec of Hopewell stood out on the first team, posting a microscopic 0.79 earned run average that underscored his dominance on the mound and helped anchor his team’s defense.

Joining him on the second team were Charlie Smetana and Ben McDonald, both from Hopewell, who combined solid pitching with reliable hitting to help their squad advance deep into the WPIAL playoffs.

Carter Davis of Blackhawk also secured all‑state recognition, his bat proving instrumental after a strong season at the plate that boosted his team’s offensive firepower.

Aaron Lake from Ellwood City contributed to a historic run, delivering an ERA under one run per game and playing a key role in his team’s WPIAL championship.

Jordan Keller added a .500 average to his résumé, collecting 27 hits and 19 RBIs that highlighted his impact in the lineup.

Matt Santillo, who logged 81 ⅓ innings, posted a 0.78 ERA and struck out 99 batters, a performance that cemented his reputation as a workhorse.

Dylan Meyer rounded out the selections with a .441 batting average, 26 hits, four doubles, three triples, three home runs and 21 RBIs, showcasing a well‑rounded skill set.
