Taylor Wenczkowski Joins Boston College Coaching Staff
Taylor Wenczkowski has been appointed as an assistant coach for the Boston College women's hockey team, a move that signals the program's ambition to blend championship experience with fresh developmental insight.
The former Boston Pride forward arrives after a distinguished playing career that includes back‑to‑back Isobel Cup titles in 2021 and 2022, during which she was named Playoff MVP in 2022. Her leadership helped the Pride dominate the Premier Hockey Federation's inaugural season.
Wenczkowski's coaching résumé features a stint as an assistant at Princeton University, where the Tigers advanced to the NCAA Tournament, and a role that saw her found the TW Hockey Academy, a Boston‑area player development program launched in 2021.
A native of Rochester, New Hampshire, she captained the University of New Hampshire Wildcats in her senior season, earning Hockey East All‑Star honors and being named team MVP in 2019. Prior to college, she honed her skills with the Boston Shamrocks in the JWHL and represented the USA at the U18 Select Team in 2013 and 2014.
Her appointment comes as Boston College looks to build on recent momentum, with the program hoping her championship pedigree and player‑development background will accelerate the team's growth and competitiveness in the coming seasons.
