The Worcester Railers Hockey Club announced today that captain Anthony Repaci has agreed to a new contract, securing his services through the 2026‑27 season. The deal marks the sixth year Repaci will spend in Worcester, cementing his place as the franchise’s most enduring leader.
A Record‑Setting Career
Repaci arrives as the all‑time leader in games played, goals, assists, points and power‑play production for the club, numbers that have helped shape the team’s identity over the past half‑decade.
During the recently completed 2025‑26 campaign, Repaci appeared in all 72 regular‑season games, the first time in his career he completed a full schedule, and he posted a career‑high 31 assists while matching his third‑best goal total of 23.
His 240 shots on goal placed him fifth across the ECHL, a feat he repeated for the second straight year, underscoring his consistent offensive threat.
Community Leadership
Off the ice, Repaci’s contributions have been recognized repeatedly, earning the Railers’ Community Service Player of the Year award for a third consecutive season and contributing to the club’s eighth straight nomination for the ECHL Community Service Team.
The organization also celebrated his fifth straight selection as Fan Favorite by the Worcester Railers Booster Club, a testament to his connection with the fan base.
Future Outlook
With his blend of on‑ice production and off‑ice leadership, Repaci is poised to guide the Railers toward another competitive season, while his continued presence promises stability and inspiration for younger players.
