A rare release for collectors
Panini America is set to unveil its 2026 Immaculate Baseball product, an unlicensed but premium set that promises a fresh take on baseball memorabilia. The launch will take place at 12 PM EST on July 7, when the company opens a Dutch auction on its own site.
The auction starts at $1,200 and the price will decrement by small amounts every five minutes until the entire inventory is sold out. This dynamic pricing model creates a sense of urgency and rewards early participants with the chance to secure a box at a lower cost.
What’s inside the boxes
Each box is packed with an average of five autographs or memorabilia items, including Hall of Fame signatures such as a triple autograph that unites Cal Ripken, Ken Griffey Jr and Bobby Witt Jr. Prospect patch autographs, featuring names like Eli Willits, add another layer of exclusivity.
Unique relics, such as cleat fragments and patches that display an entire player’s shoe logo, further distinguish the set. Collectors can also expect rare Purple Autograph cards numbered to /7 or fewer, as well as Purple Base Cards with the same limited numbering.
The product’s appeal lies not only in its scarcity but also in the caliber of talent represented. Alongside established legends, emerging stars like Aaron Judge appear in the mix, ensuring that both veteran and new‑generation fans find something to chase.
