The 2026 All‑Greater Rochester Baseball Team has been revealed, assembling the region’s most promising high school players into a single showcase roster. The announcement brings together dozens of standout athletes who have distinguished themselves across sectional play and league competition.
A season of brilliance
At the center of the spotlight is Sam Roselli of Fairport, who was crowned Player of the Year after a season that combined a microscopic 0.80 ERA with a .463 on‑base rate and a .371 batting average. Over 43 2/3 innings he struck out 54 batters, underscoring his dominance on the mound.
Other standouts include Thomas Bailey of McQuaid, whose walk‑off home run in the sectional final capped a .400 campaign, and Landon Bryan from Irondequoit, who posted a .400 average and a 1.135 OPS. Chase Dermody of Pittsford Sutherland recorded 77 strikeouts, while Dylan Dumont of Webster Schroeder posted a 0.78 ERA.
The lineup also features Tyler Estelle of Webster Thomas, who hit .480, and Cole Harris of Canandaigua, who launched four home runs while batting .465. Aidan Kress of Pittsford Sutherland drove in 21 runs, and Ethan Postle of Pittsford Mendon finished 8‑1 with 88 strikeouts.
Additional contributors such as Jon Roessel of Fairport, who batted .486 with only one strikeout all season, and Noah Sansone of Pittsford Mendon, who posted a .414 average and 23 RBI, deepened the roster’s talent. Max Seaver of Webster Thomas threw four complete‑game shutouts and reached 100 career varsity strikeouts.
Coach Tige Noni of Kendall earned Coach of the Year honors, bringing 19 years of varsity experience to guide the squad. His leadership helped shape a team that blends pitching precision, offensive firepower, and defensive reliability.
Looking ahead, many of these athletes have committed to college programs, promising to carry the region’s reputation into the next level of competition. The 2026 roster thus serves not only as a celebration of this season’s achievements but also as a preview of the talent that will soon headline college diamonds across the country.
