The series was the culmination of the annual Trevi's World Series, a baseball and softball tournament co‑organized by Jose Trevino and L'Erin Hampton of 24 Sports. The top division earned the unique opportunity to face the Georgia Stars in Cincinnati, while the Diablos, representing Texas, fell 2‑1 in the matchup.
Players such as Jordan Benavides, Oscar Cavazos III, JJ De Los Santos and Stephen Orta enjoyed a full stadium tour, pre‑game batting practice passes and a meet‑and‑greet with Reds athletes. The experience also included a training session at the Reds Youth Academy, giving the youngsters a glimpse of professional development pathways.
