Coach Link Jarrett, alongside pitching coach Micah Posey, announced the arrivals, highlighting the program’s intent to build depth heading into the next season.
Among the newcomers is Otto Espinoza, a former Cal Golden Bear who impressed with a 3.69 earned run average and 49 strikeouts across 46 1/3 innings last year. Espinoza’s freshman campaign at California was marked by consistency, limiting opponents to just 12 extra‑base hits in 202 plate appearances and delivering a standout performance against San Diego with ten strikeouts in seven innings.

The pitcher, a native of Huntington Beach, California, will have four years of eligibility remaining, giving the Seminoles a long‑term option in the rotation. In addition to the arms, the team has also added outfielder Ty Peeples and designated hitter Jackson McKenzie, further diversifying the lineup.
