In January 2026 doctors identified a testicular tumor, but by May the treatment had concluded and Möller was cleared to return to the court, a timeline that underscored his determination.
Before arriving in Ann Arbor he spent a season with Unicaja Baloncesto in Spain, where his outing at the 2024 FIBA U18 EuroBasket — 13.1 points, 7.4 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per game — highlighted a high basketball IQ and polished mechanics.
Coach Mike Boynton Jr. stressed the importance of continuity, noting that retaining Möller alongside returning teammates such as Ricky Liburd, Oscar Goodman and Trey McKenney creates a stable core for the upcoming campaign.
