Fordham University’s men’s soccer program has released its 2026 season schedule, marking the first full slate under head coach Carlo Acquista since taking the helm.
A road‑heavy start tests early form
The Rams will open the campaign with five consecutive away matches, facing Gonzaga in Washington, Santa Clara in California, Bucknell in Pennsylvania, Villanova in Pennsylvania and Lafayette in Pennsylvania. Each contest promises a different climate and playing surface, offering the team an early gauge of depth and adaptability.
After the marathon of road games, Fordham returns to the Bronx to host Columbia and St. John’s, providing a chance to energize the home crowd before diving into conference play.
Conference battles and marquee matchups
Atlantic 10 competition begins with a home game against Loyola Chicago, followed by a showdown with the defending champions Saint Louis University on October 7. The schedule also includes trips to Dayton and Davidson, as well as an Alumni Day/Senior Day clash with the University of Rhode Island on October 11.
The regular season will wrap up with a home contest against Saint Joseph’s University on Halloween, giving the seniors a final chance to impress before the postseason.
