The Connecticut Little League has released the full slate of games for the 2026 state tournaments, spanning six age‑based divisions that will see action from early July through early August. The schedule was announced this week, outlining pool play, playoff rounds and championship dates for each category.
In the Major Division, which includes players aged 10 to 12, competition is split into two sections. Games are set to begin on July 18 and will continue through August 2, with matches hosted at venues across the state.
Junior Baseball, for youths aged 13 to 14, enters its playoff phase on July 15, while the state finals are slated for July 17. Senior Baseball, covering ages 15 to 18, features Pool A and Pool B, each culminating in finals from July 15 to July 17.
The Intermediate Division opens its first games on July 9, with the championship round stretching to July 18. Meanwhile, the Minor Division (often called U11) runs from July 11 through July 26, and the 8‑10 division, known as U10, schedules its contests from July 15 to July 30.
Recent state champions have been identified across the spectrum, including Fairfield National in the Major Division, East Lyme/Shelton in the Junior ranks, Somers in the Senior category, Meriden in the Intermediate bracket, and Fairfield American in the Minor division. These teams will look to defend their titles as the new season unfolds.
All games will be played at designated local fields, with the state finals taking place at various venues throughout July and August. The full schedule, including game times and locations, is available on the Connecticut Little League website.
