Saint John's University announced that five members of its men's hockey team have been selected to the 2025‑26 American Hockey Coaches' Association All‑American Scholar roster, a distinction that recognizes both athletic participation and academic performance.
To qualify, a player must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.75 across the fall and spring semesters and appear in at least 40 percent of the team's games during the season.
The honorees — Jon Howe, Logan Lyke, Jacob McPartland, Jordan Newpower and Michael Spinner — each met those standards, with Howe earning his fourth AHCA scholar designation and Lyke securing his third.
