Four‑star defensive end George Parkinson IV, a 6‑foot‑4, 235‑pound prospect from Malvern Preparatory School in Pennsylvania, has announced his top six schools for the 2028 recruiting cycle.
The list includes Penn State, Texas A&M, Oregon, Ohio State, LSU and the University of Tennessee, the latter being highlighted after a scholarship offer on Feb. 19 and a spring practice visit on March 20.
Ranked as the No. 15 defensive end nationally and the second‑best player in Pennsylvania by 247Sports, Parkinson IV’s recruitment has drawn attention from a wide array of programs, including Maryland, Syracuse, Nebraska, Kentucky, Duke and many others.

While Tennessee has yet to secure a commitment in the 2028 class, it currently holds 16 verbal pledges in the 2027 cycle, underscoring the program’s ongoing momentum.
