A Fresh Face on the Coaching Staff
Blake Chadwick has officially joined the Pitt State men's basketball program as an assistant coach, bringing a blend of playing experience and coaching acumen to the Gorillas' bench.
A recent graduate of the University of Saint Mary, Chadwick concluded his collegiate career in the 2023‑24 season, starting all 29 games and contributing 4.3 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game while helping the Spires secure 18 victories and a semifinal berth in the KCAC Postseason Tournament.
Beyond his on‑court contributions, he earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Saint Mary in 2024 and recently completed an MBA from Newman University, underscoring his commitment to professional development.
Pitt State head coach Jeff Boschee expressed enthusiasm about the addition, highlighting Chadwick's energy and work ethic as assets that will strengthen the team's depth and culture.
