The Louisiana Sports Writers Association recently announced its 2026 All-Louisiana Team, and Tulane’s outfielder Jason Wachs earned a spot on the prestigious list. Wachs concluded the 2026 campaign with a .327 batting average, amassing 66 hits and 21 doubles that placed him third in the conference and 28th nationally. His slugging percentage of .574 and on‑base percentage of .455 underscored a well‑rounded offensive contribution, while his 48 runs and 54 RBIs highlighted his ability to drive in teammates when it mattered most.
