Wagler has already logged workouts with several NBA franchises, including the Los Angeles Clippers, the Milwaukee Bucks and the Dallas Mavericks, giving him a taste of different locker rooms and coaching philosophies.
When asked about the Clippers, he highlighted the appeal of learning from two‑time Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard and sharing the court with point guard Darius Garland, a combination he believes could accelerate his development.
He also spoke positively about the Bucks, noting that the team’s system aligns with his own skill set and that his meetings with the coaching staff left a strong impression of fit.
If the Mavericks were to select him, Wagler said he would be eager to absorb lessons from veteran Kyrie Irving and the highly touted rookie Cooper Flagg, both of whom represent unique growth pathways.
