Quaker State 400 Set for a Night of High‑Octane Racing in Atlanta
The NASCAR Cup Series will stage the Quaker State 400 this Sunday, July 12, at EchoPark Speedway in Atlanta, Georgia. The event, scheduled to start at roughly 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, will be televised live on both TNT and truTV, giving fans across the country a chance to watch the action as it unfolds.
Covering 260 laps on the 1.54‑mile oval, the race is divided into three stages — 60 laps, 100 laps and a final 100‑lap sprint — to add strategic depth and extra points opportunities. In total, drivers will travel just over 400 miles before the checkered flag.
Team Penske’s Ryan Blaney and Joey Logano will lead the grid from the front, occupying the first two spots. Behind them, a trio of Chevrolets — Kyle Larson, Austin Dillon and Daniel Suarez — round out the top five, while Toyotas failed to crack the top ten.
The full starting lineup features a who’s‑who of the sport’s current talent, including Alex Bowman, Chase Elliott, Austin Cindric, Ross Chastain, Brad Keselowski, Erik Jones, Shane van Gisbergen, Chris Buescher, Carson Hocevar, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Ty Dillon, Josh Berry, Michael McDowell, Ryan Preece, Chase Briscoe, Todd Gilliland, Bubba Wallace, Ty Gibbs, John Hunter Nemechek, Connor Zilisch, William Byron, AJ Allmendinger, Denny Hamlin, Riley Herbst, Austin Hill, Tyler Reddick, Christopher Bell, Cole Custer, Zane Smith, Cody Ware, Noah Gragson, BJ McLeod and Chad Finchum.
