The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association has announced its latest All‑Region selections, and Lubbock Christian University celebrates three of its own who earned spots on the prestigious teams.

Rubio’s Dominant Pitching Performance

Right‑hander Aaron Rubio led the conference with a 10‑1 record and a 3.27 earned‑run average, striking out 70 batters while delivering three complete games, two of them shutouts. His consistency earned him Lone Star Conference Pitcher of the Week twice and the NCBWA South Central Region Pitcher of the Week honor on two occasions.

At the plate, Jorge De Los Santos batted .339 and posted a .468 on‑base percentage, driving in 51 runs while crossing the plate 57 times. He contributed 11 doubles, a triple and eight home runs, underscoring his all‑around impact.

Hudson Grace complemented the offense with a .365 average, adding 19 doubles, seven triples and seven home runs. He reached base at a .460 clip, scored 49 runs and accounted for 42 RBIs, rounding out a potent lineup.

The team finished the season with a 34‑23 record, marking the fourth consecutive year the program has reached the NCAA Tournament and the seventh time overall in school history, a testament to sustained excellence.
