Warriors' Classic All-Star Game Shines in Bluefield
The ninth annual Warhawks Basketball Classic All-Star game took place at Bluefield State, bringing together top local athletes from Tazewell, Mercer and McDowell counties.
The event headlined a much‑anticipated matchup between the Virginia and West Virginia all‑star squads, adding a cross‑state flavor to the showcase.
Beyond the competition, the game was sponsored by Each One Teach One Non Profit, underscoring the organization’s commitment to youth development in the region.
In the high school boys division, the Black Team emerged victorious, edging the White Team 85‑73 in a tightly contested final.
Fans filled the arena, celebrating not only the skill on display but also the sense of community that the classic has cultivated over nine years.
