Nick Codutti, the head football coach at Klein High School, is currently under investigation after allegations of misconduct surfaced from his earlier tenure at Tomball Independent School District.
Tomball ISD Superintendent Martha Salazar‑Zamora called the matter “deeply concerning,” emphasizing that the district is working closely with law‑enforcement officials.
Codutti spent four years at Tomball High, serving as offensive coordinator and strength and recruiting coordinator from 2017 through 2021 before moving to Klein in 2025. During that period no formal complaints or reports of misconduct were filed, according to district records.
In response, Klein ISD has asked Codutti to step aside from campus while the inquiry proceeds, noting that the alleged conduct does not involve any current students or staff.
Lamar CISD, which previously employed Codutti at Fulshear High, issued a brief statement indicating that the allegations appear to date from before his time there, but offered no further comment.
