Boston College has unveiled its non‑conference slate for the 2026‑27 women’s basketball season, a schedule that blends home comforts with challenging road trips.
Season Opener
The Eagles will open the campaign on November 2 at Conte Forum against Holy Cross, marking the first game under head coach Kate Popovec‑Goss.
Seven of the team's early contests will be played on its home floor, giving fans ample opportunity to catch the new‑look squad in action.
Road Tests
A trip to Cambridge will see the Eagles face Harvard on November 5, followed by a December 2 road game at Indiana, a Big Ten opponent that promises a stern test.
Later in November the team will host a series of in‑state rivals, including UMass Lowell on November 11, and will then meet Providence, Merrimack, UMass and Northeastern in a cluster of home games.
St. Pete Showcase
The Eagles will travel to St. Petersburg, Florida, for the St. Pete Showcase on November 27‑28, where they will meet College of Charleston and BYU in back‑to‑back contests.
The non‑conference portion will wrap up with a home game against Bryant on December 10 and a road trip to Quinnipiac on December 13 before the team shifts focus to conference play.
Looking Forward
With tickets already on sale, the program hopes the mix of home‑court advantage and competitive road games will build momentum as the squad settles into Popovec‑Goss’s system.
