The Toronto Marlies have finalized a refreshed hockey operations and coaching roster, signaling a continuation of the momentum that carried them to the Calder Cup last season.
Assistant general manager Ryan Hardy will keep his central role in overseeing minor‑league affairs and player development, a position he has held for several years.
New faces in the front office
Veteran forward Chris Bourque, a 13‑year AHL stalwart with 794 games and 746 points, has been appointed assistant general manager and will also serve as the Maple Leafs’ head of college recruitment.
Bourque’s deep roots in the organization, highlighted by three Calder Cup championships, bring a wealth of experience to the front office.
Coaching additions
Denver Manderson and Greg Moore are set to join the Marlies staff as assistants under head coach Steve Sullivan. Manderson returns from a stint as a development coach with the Maple Leafs, while Moore comes back after three years with USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program.
The moves are designed to preserve the club’s competitive edge as it defends its championship title.
With the roster now in place, the Marlies look to translate their off‑ice upgrades into another successful campaign on the ice.
