Marshall Warren finally turned a lifelong Islanders fan into a reality during the 2025‑26 campaign, earning a spot on the roster and making his NHL debut on Oct. 25. In his first game against the Philadelphia Flyers he logged two assists, a moment that capped a journey that began on the rinks of Long Island.
Beyond the scoresheet, Warren spent time at the Ice Hockey in Harlem Camp, an initiative he has supported for half a decade. There he joined forces with the Islanders Children’s Foundation to bring ten youngsters from the Elmont community into a program that teaches not only hockey skills but also the value of an active, disciplined lifestyle.

Warren’s development has been evident in the American Hockey League, where he posted a career‑high 32 points — six goals and 26 assists — in 56 games for the Bridgeport Islanders. That production, combined with his early NHL contributions, has positioned him as a key figure in the organization’s long‑term plans.
Looking Ahead
This summer finds Warren training at the Northwell Health Ice Center, skating alongside veteran defensemen and competing in a high‑level pickup league in Dix Hills. The competition, featuring some of Long Island’s top homegrown talent, is part of his strategy to earn a full‑time role with the Islanders and continue his upward trajectory.
