Jordan Walker, a defensive end for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, has been named a nominee for the 2026 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team, an honor that celebrates college football players who make a tangible impact off the field.
The nomination places Walker among 175 athletes from every tier of the sport who have been recognized for their dedication to community service, underscoring the growing emphasis on character and outreach within the game.
Walker’s journey to Atlanta began after he completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, where he earned a degree in criminal justice and emerged as a three‑time Academic All‑Big Ten selection.
