Ashley Davis has officially joined the North Dakota State women's basketball coaching staff as an assistant coach, bringing a wealth of Division I experience to the program.
Over an 18‑year career, Davis has served on the sidelines at Oklahoma State, the University of Arizona, the University of North Texas and Georgetown University, guiding each program to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances and mentoring players who have gone on to professional opportunities.
Davis's playing days at Texas Christian University saw her earn two‑time All‑Conference honors, and she holds a bachelor's degree in business administration as well as a master's in educational administration, underscoring her blend of athletic and academic expertise.
In a statement, Davis said she is excited to contribute to NDSU's championship culture, noting that the university's commitment to excellence aligns with her own coaching philosophy.
The addition of Davis is expected to reinforce the Bison's recruiting pipelines and defensive schemes, as her background includes developing All‑American talent and producing WNBA Draft picks.
