Tomas Valincius, a sophomore right‑hander for Mississippi State, has been crowned the 2026 Ferriss Trophy winner, the award that honors the state’s most outstanding college baseball player.
A Breakout Season
In 13 starts this year he posted a 3.04 ERA and struck out 112 batters over 80 innings, placing him among the conference leaders in wins and strikeouts.
