Nick Barr-Mira, a former Bruins kicker who starred between 2019 and 2022 and later played at Mississippi State, returns to Westwood as director of player development and alumni relations. In this capacity he will guide the personal and professional growth of current student‑athletes, leveraging his deep connection to the university and his experience in collegiate football.
Brandon Rose comes to UCLA after a varied career that includes stints in college programs such as Wisconsin and Alabama, as well as professional roles with the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs. He has been appointed director of player personnel, where he will oversee roster evaluation, recruiting strategies and the management of the team’s depth chart.
Que Reid, a defensive standout at James Madison University and former academic adviser for student‑athletes, joins the Bruins as assistant director of personnel and recruiting. His responsibilities will include transcript evaluation, prospect identification and film analysis, ensuring that the program attracts talent that meets both athletic and academic standards.
The trio’s combined backgrounds — spanning playing experience, professional coaching, and academic support — reflect UCLA’s commitment to a holistic development model for its athletes.
