Western Kentucky University’s baseball program has scheduled a High School and JUCO Prospects Camp for August 30 at Nick Denes Field in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The event, organized by Head Coach Marc Rardin, aims to give aspiring players a direct look at the Hilltopper coaching staff.
Camp Structure and Evaluation
The morning session will begin at 9 a.m. CT and focus on position players, who will rotate through a defensive skills drill, batting practice and live game action. Each participant will be assessed on fundamentals, arm strength and overall athleticism.
Pitchers will take the mound later in the day, throwing in a live simulated game that mirrors real‑time competition. This format allows coaches to observe pitch selection, command and poise under pressure.
