A New Season on the Horizon
The Brewton Area YMCA has opened registrations for the 2026–2027 Youth Soccer League, inviting children between the ages of four and fourteen to join the upcoming season.
Registration will be accepted from July 20 through August 14, 2026, giving families a limited window to secure a spot on the field.
Evaluations for the 8U through 14U age brackets are scheduled for August 17 and 18, while the youngest division, 6U, will proceed without any tryouts.
Participants can expect to pay a $45 fee if they are YMCA members, or $70 for non‑members, with a $10 surcharge applied after the deadline if spaces remain.
The league also welcomes volunteer coaches, offering community members a chance to mentor young athletes and foster teamwork, sportsmanship and healthy habits.
