After four years at the University of Minnesota‑Duluth, where he appeared in 95 games and blocked 65 shots, the defenseman made his pro debut with the Florida Everblades, contributing two assists in three games.
Across his AJHL career, Bodnarchuk recorded 75 points and 205 penalty minutes in 151 games, a testament to his physical style and offensive contributions.
