A Strategic Addition for the Falcons
Stephen Haladyna officially joined the Bentley men’s basketball coaching staff in July 2026, bringing a blend of playing experience and front‑office insight to the program.
Before arriving in Waltham, Haladyna spent three years at NCAA Division III Endicott, where he served as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator and helped guide the Gulls to a top‑25 national ranking while capturing the Conference New England title in the 2025‑26 season.
His coaching journey also includes a stint with the Tufts Jumbos, where he contributed to a New England Small College Athletic Conference championship, and a year at Gordon, further diversifying his developmental perspective.
Prior to his coaching career, Haladyna worked in various capacities within NBA and WNBA offices, handling daily operations, analytics and officiating, experiences that sharpened his analytical acumen and operational efficiency.
What This Means for the Program
A two‑year captain at Tufts during his collegiate playing days, Haladyna combines on‑court leadership with a deep understanding of player development, traits he is expected to translate to the Falcons’ roster.
