The Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association has released its 2026 All‑District teams for all four classes, honoring the standout players who excelled during the previous season. The selections span multiple districts and positions, reflecting a deep pool of talent throughout the state.
District Honorees
In Class 3A, Atlantic’s Kale Jensen earned a Second Team Outfielder spot after posting a .388 batting average, seven home runs and 22 RBIs for the Trojans. His contribution helped the team remain competitive in a challenging schedule.
The First Team honorees include four players from Harlan in Class 3A, four from Underwood in Class 2A, and a trio from Tri‑Center also in Class 2A, while CAM contributed a First Team and a Second Team player in Class 1A. Southwest Valley placed two Second Team members in the same classification.
The First Team rosters are populated by schools such as Logan Magnolia, Coon Rapids Bayard and Martensdale St. Mary’s in the 1A Southwest District, while the 2A Southwest First Team features athletes from Shenandoah, Kuemper Catholic, Underwood and Treynor. In 3A, Carlisle, ADM, Harlan, Boone and Creston each supply First Team representatives.
Across the board, the recognition underscores the breadth of skill in Iowa’s high school baseball ranks, with dozens of players from communities ranging from Atlantic to Winterset earning spots on the All‑District lists.
