Texas A&M's baseball program celebrated a remarkable haul of accolades as six of its student‑athletes were selected to the All‑SEC teams, a testament to the squad's depth and talent.
Scholar‑Athlete of the Year
Leading the group, senior Gavin Grahovac added another layer of distinction by being named SEC Scholar‑Athlete of the Year, highlighting his 3.853 cumulative GPA in sport management and his .351/.436/.725 slash line across 52 appearances.
First Team Dominance
Freshman standout Nico Partida and senior Caden Sorrell joined Grahovac on the first team, while Clayton Freshcorn, Chris Hacopian and Sorrell also earned first‑team honors, underscoring the Aggies' balanced offensive firepower.
Defensive Recognition and Pitching Prowess
Grahovac and Sorrell also received nods to the SEC All‑Defensive Team, and Freshcorn made history as only the third relief pitcher in program history to earn All‑SEC recognition, posting a conference‑best 12 saves.
