A Revamped Coaching Staff
Head coach Jon Perry announced the promotion of Scott Wagers to associate head coach, highlighting the veteran’s character, work ethic and the defensive transformation he engineered during the 2025‑26 season.
The Mids posted the nation’s sixth‑best scoring defense and led the Patriot League in several key metrics, including defensive three‑point percentage and overall field‑goal defense, underscoring Wagers’ impact as the team’s defensive coordinator.
New Faces and Expanded Roles
The 2026‑27 staff will also welcome Quentin Acree as director of player development and video analytics, while Bo Waggoner takes on the role of director of player personnel. Brett Barron has been elevated to special teams coordinator, and Zack Curran will continue leading recruiting efforts and assume an expanded position within the offense.
