The project will level the outfield to match the elevation of home plate, providing a more consistent playing surface, and will replace the existing grass with a brand‑new turf system.

Construction is slated to begin in the third week of July and is expected to wrap up by the first week of October, a schedule that university officials say aligns with the off‑season calendar.
Tugsun Group Inc., a firm with a proven track record in sports‑facility upgrades, has been awarded the contract and will oversee the work.
