Alumni Tournament 2026: Roster Reveal
AfterShocks, the alumni squad representing Wichita State, and The Enchantment, the team flying the New Mexico banner, have both published their official line‑ups for the 2026 edition of The Basketball Tournament. AfterShocks is overseen by former Wichita State guard Zach Bush, while The Enchantment is organized by Brandon Mason and coached by New Mexico alumnus Kenny Thomas.
The series will open on July 20 at 8:00 p.m. Central Time inside Charles Koch Arena on the Wichita State campus, with live coverage on FS1. Game 2 follows on July 21 at the same hour, and a potential Game 3 is slated for July 24 at 8:00 p.m. CT if needed. All matchups will be played at the same venue, creating a compact, television‑friendly environment for fans.
Key Absences and Roster Highlights
Several notable players will be missing from the line‑ups. Dexter Dennis, a professional‑bound guard, has opted out of AfterShocks to honor existing contractual obligations, while Donovan Dent will sit out The Enchantment as he pursues an additional year of NCAA eligibility. In contrast, the rosters feature a blend of former college stars such as Corey Washington, Chaunce Jenkins, Connor Frankamp, Jemel Jones, Luke Haupt, CJ Noland and many others eager to showcase their alumni pride.
The winners of this best‑of‑three will advance to the Alumni Semifinal, where they will meet the champions of the JHX Hoops and Purple Reign brackets. Ticket sales for every Wichita‑based game are currently open at tbthoops.com/tickets, giving supporters a direct avenue to attend the action in person.
