Tennessee has extended a scholarship to Jax Wilkerson, a 6‑foot‑7, 295‑pound offensive tackle from Carl Albert High School in Oklahoma City, as part of its 2029 recruiting class.
Wilkerson, who has yet to appear on the major recruiting rankings of 247Sports or Rivals, chose the Vols over a growing list of suitors that includes Oklahoma State, Tulsa, Kansas State, Texas Tech, TCU, Ole Miss, Utah, Missouri, Iowa State, SMU, Arizona State, Notre Dame and Ohio State.
