A Season of Scholarship
The ECAC announced its All‑Academic Team for the 2025‑26 season, recognizing 21 Harvard student‑athletes who have earned a cumulative grade‑point average of at least 3.00. The honor reflects the university’s commitment to developing leaders who excel both on the ice and in the classroom.
Senior captain Emily Davidson, a four‑year starter in net, was highlighted on the Crimson’s Commissioner’s List, a distinction that celebrates top academic performers. Davidson’s selection joins a cohort of repeat honorees, including four‑time recipient Sophie Ensley and seven other seniors who have earned the accolade for the third time in their careers.
Among the repeat recipients are rising seniors Zoe Boosamra, Kaley MacDonald, Brooke Manning, Angelica Megdanis, Maria Pape and Annie Sun, each of whom has been named to the All‑Academic Team for the third consecutive year. Earlier honorees such as Annie Dinges, Emiy Hamann and Keira Ley also earned their second recognition, illustrating the program’s sustained academic rigor.
The full list of Crimson representatives includes Emi Biotti, Bella Finnega, Gwynn Lapp, Ella Lucia, Morgan McGathey, Carla McSweeney, Scout Oudemool, Alex Paulsen and Izzy Whynot, rounding out a diverse group of scholars across the roster. Their achievements underscore the depth of talent that Harvard cultivates, where athletic ambition and academic excellence are not mutually exclusive but mutually reinforcing.
