Qualifiers Set for September
Twenty‑one of those spots will be decided by the Basketball Champions League qualifiers, which will be played on September 23 and September 30 in a home‑and‑away format, giving clubs from a dozen nations a chance to secure their places.
Estonia’s veteran player Kristjan Kangur assisted with the ceremony, while FIBA Executive Director Europe Kamil Novak was among the distinguished guests in attendance.
The regular season is slated to begin on October 7, kicking off a schedule that will see teams travel across the continent as they compete for progression to the knockout stages.

Clubs from traditional basketball powers such as Germany, Spain, France, Turkey and Greece, as well as emerging markets in the Balkans and the Baltics, will be represented, underscoring the competition’s pan‑European appeal.
