Among the standout players are forward Ashley Sessa, who finished joint top of the scoring charts at the recent FIH Hockey Nations Cup, and Ashley Hoffman, a nearly decade‑long national team mainstay whose mother, Brenda Hoffman, earned Olympic bronze for the United States at Los Angeles 1984.
Goalkeeper Kelsey Bing was named Tournament Goalkeeper of the Tournament, delivering crucial saves in a penalty shoot‑out, while Beth Yeager finished joint second in the scoring charts with four goals.
The World Cup will commence on 15 August, with matches scheduled across the Netherlands and Belgium, marking the start of a campaign that the team hopes will propel them toward the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
