The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame will stage its Class of 2026 Enshrinement Ceremony on August 15, 2026, in Springfield, Massachusetts, bringing together more than five decades of basketball history in a single night.
More than 50 Hall of Famers are expected to attend, underscoring the event’s reputation as a gathering of the sport’s most influential figures.
Each inductee has chosen a presenter from among previously enshrined members, a tradition that ties new members to the lineage of those who shaped the game.
Among the presenters, Grant Hill will introduce his former teammate Amar’e Stoudemire, while Joey Crawford will be joined on stage by his son Danny Crawford, a nod to a family legacy in officiating.
Mike D’Antoni’s presenter list reads like a who’s who, featuring Jerry Colangelo, Bob McAdoo, Steve Nash, Amar’e Stoudemire and Rick Welts, reflecting the many mentors who influenced his career.
The 1996 USA Basketball Women’s National Team will be honored by a group that includes Teresa Edwards, Lisa Leslie, Rebecca Lobo, Katrina McClain, Dawn Staley, Sheryl Swoopes and Tara VanDerveer, celebrating the team’s historic impact.
Other notable pairings include Elena Delle Donne presented by Sylvia Fowles and Marianne Stanley, Mark Few introduced by John Calipari, Grant Hill, and John Stockton, and Candace Parker highlighted by Tamika Catchings, Allen Iverson, Cheryl Miller and Dwyane Wade.
Doc Rivers will be introduced by Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce, while Chamique Holdsclaw’s presenter trio — Tamika Catchings, Tina Thompson and Teresa Weatherspoon — reflects the depth of talent on the women’s side.
