The class’s headline act consists of left‑hander Cade Townsend and right‑hander Taylor Rabe, both selected in the first round and each receiving a bonus that reflects their draft position.
Townsend signed with the Chicago Cubs for $3.1 million, about $950,000 below slot value, while Rabe agreed to a $3.1975 million deal with the Kansas City Royals.

The only unsigned player is reliever JP Robertson, drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 20th round with the No. 598 overall pick. Robertson posted a 4.34 ERA in his redshirt sophomore season and must decide before 4 p.m. CT on July 27 whether to sign.
